The Role

We are looking to recruit a highly capable, motivated and passionate new Production Operative to join our animal feed packing team at our main factory site in Navenby, Lincoln.

The role will involve undertaking operational duties at our main packing facility, which includes, and is not limited to, the use of our computer based operating system, the understanding and use of different pieces of process equipment, product sampling and testing, telehandler, tractor and trailer driving and general housekeeping of the facility itself.

The role will be 12-hour day shifts, 5am to 5pm, predominantly Monday to Saturday, with day and night shifts required; night shifts will be remunerated accordingly with our ‘Night Shift Pay Allowance’. We presently operate a 6 week rolling rota.

Applicants must hold a full, clean drivers licence; a forklift licence would be beneficial, but is not required as training will be provided.

The successful applicant will receive 33 days of annual leave inclusive of the standard 8 Bank Holidays, will be enrolled onto our Company pension scheme after 3 months and will have access to our Death in Service benefit, paid out at 2.5x annual salary. We also offer Company Sick Pay to staff after they have been in service for 12 months.

Training opportunities will be provided where necessary and depending on experience.
