Blankney village is home to around 280 residents. The houses within the village, many of which are listed by English Heritage, are owned by the Estate and occupied by its tenants, several of whom are current and former employees. In all, we manage around 130 rental properties, both residential and commercial, within the villages of Blankney, Scopwick and Metheringham, together with a few outlying rural properties.
We have a range of properties varying from farmhouses and one bedroom properties to 2-3 bedroom cottages within village locations. From time to time opportunities arise to rent a home or workplace from the Estate.
We also sometimes have Commercial lets in and around Blankney, including workshops, offices and stores, are occasionally available and the Estate welcomes all enquiries from prospective partners.
Blankney village is also home to The Old School – which, as the name suggests – was formerly the village’s local school!
Ceasing to teach students around the 1970s, these days the Old School is available to hire for events, parties, professional development courses etc. The Old School features two large reception rooms, a fully equipped kitchenette and toilet facilities.
