About Us

Blankney Estates Limited incorporates a property portfolio based around the Lincolnshire village of Blankney and surrounding areas, an 18-hole golf course, 14,000 acres of farmland, Longwood Quarries Limited and British Chlorophyll Company Limited.
Our proud ethos is one of long term sustainability – we believe in developing and maintaining all our interests for the benefit of the environment and future generations.

Blankney is home to around 280 residents. The houses within the village, many of which are listed by English Heritage, are owned by the Estate and occupied by its tenants, several of whom are current and former employees. In all, we manage around 130 rental properties, both residential and commercial, within the villages of Blankney, Scopwick and Metheringham, together with a few outlying rural properties. From time to time opportunities arise to rent a home or workplace from the Estate.

Play throughout the year

For over a century golfers have enjoyed Blankney Golf Club and its natural surroundings and more recently have witnessed tremendous improvements which have brought the course ''up-to-date'' with consideration to golfers of all standards. You can play at Blankney throughout the year with the course standing up well to varying conditions.
