Spotted: Rare Snake!

A rare snake was spotted lurking on the Estate recently, as you can see in the photograph below. We believe it may be a ‘Smooth Snake’ – which can be found prowling sandy heath lands. It is one of three types of snake found in the United Kingdom.

We are however unable to verify this completely and would welcome any expert opinion!
